He was a St Albans city representative to the state General Assembly in the 1940s. Born Jan 27 1897 in New York City he is survived by his wife Gertrude Shea several nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass 2 15 pm today at St Marys Church St Albans interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
