Public Law 94 142 Workshop Prepares Vermont Teachers
Jean Garvin of the Vermont Department of Education leads an afternoon workshop for Shaftsbury and North Bennington teachers. The session outlines how students with speech disorders mental retardation emotional disturbance deafness and other handicaps will gain the right to an appropriate public education under P L 94 142 next year.
