Sierrans Tour Bog Draws Large Turnout in Tunbridge
About 60 people including many students joined a Sierra Club trip into oo Bog organized by Roger Ingolsby of Tunbridge. Guides were Bill Christianson and Howard Reed from the Fairbanks Museum. Damon's Crossing marked the start and the route followed an overgrown rail bed to Bog Pond Dam. Future trips planned for next spring will cap at 20 participants due to crowd size. DENVER Free University begins fall registrations with $10 fee per participant to cover operating costs.
