Surplus Seen for Vermont as Revenue Projections Rise
Gov. Deane C. Davis said revised general fund revenue estimates could yield a 3.5 million surplus in the current year. He noted expected 1971 revenues around 107.5 million, with 100 million projected for the current year and a legislature to decide surplus use.
