A propane tanker overturned on icy VT 11 near Winhall prompting evacuation and an all night road closure. Officials said the 9000 gallon trailer remained intact and only residual gas escaped, dispersed by wind. Driver Robert A. Baisley was hospitalized in fair condition with minor injuries. Police and fire units from Manchester and state agencies controlled traffic and investigated the scene.
