Burlington meeting maps plan for mental retardation program
Vermont Governor's Advisory Committee on Mental Retardation Planning met in Burlington with delegates from Bennington County including Mrs. Marjorie Doyle and Miss Madelaine St. Amand. The group discussed a coordinated, lifelong service system, prevention, education, residential programs, and the goal of maximizing independence through a continuum of medical, educational, and social services.
