Texas couple buys Pownal motel
A Wichita Falls Texas couple, Mr and Mrs Michael Malanga, have purchased the Chalet Maria in Pownal near the Vermont Massachusetts line from Mr and Mrs Ralph McLain of Williamstown. The sale occurred on April 28. The motel, previously known as Miller, was expanded by the McLaings five years ago adding 12 units.
