Voyage project unites Calabro and Delbanco in epic oratorio
Louis Calabro and Nicholas Delbanco collaborate on a large bicentennial oratorio drawing from music and text. Over 200 people joined in six months to bring the work to life, sparked by Calabro who conceived the idea and secured a National Endowment Grant before inviting Delbanco to contribute. The pair then explored themes, producing a joint vision that blends word and melody.
