Liddy found guilty of contempt for refusing to testify

Federal Judge John Pratt convicted G Gordon Liddy of two counts of contempt for refusing to take an oath and testify before the House Armed Services subcommittee. Liddy received six months on each count, suspended, with one year probation. he had cited national security as his reason to remain silent.

Wildlife Wonderland faces state agency hurdles in Vermont

The 65-acre Weston Mt Holly area project remains uncertain as Rutland District Environmental Commission issued a conditional permit with 35 conditions.
