Buckley proposes substitute tax relief bill in Vermont
Bennington County GOP lawmaker T. Garry Buckley outlines a substitute to Gov Salmon’s property tax relief plan. Buckley argues the plan will work while Salmon’s faces Senate scrutiny and House approval without a capital gains tax provision.
