Bennington village treasurer Michael J. Hogan Jr. will resign at next Tuesday's Village Trustees meeting. Alma Langlois, elected town treasurer in March, is interested in the village post. MONTPELIER UP I The Budget and Management Division said general fund revenues for the first eight months of fiscal 1968 total 37.6 million dollars, about 15 percent above the same period in 1967. Personal income tax receipts top 20.6 million, up 22 percent, with rooms and meals tax up 14 percent and cigarettes up 7 percent. Electrical generation, inheritances and insurance gains also notable, while corporate franchise tax trails by 14 percent and the telegraph express and privilege tax falls 33 percent.
