Vermont faces solvency concerns as inflation rises and revenues shrink. Administration Secretary Robert Wilson says the state will end the fiscal year with a surplus, and he monitors the budget and growth prospects for Vermont.
A Danish Sterling Airways Caravelle crashed on takeoff at Mehrabas Airport.
