Viet Cong attack forces hit Quan Long hospital siege

Viet Cong militants struck Quan Long in Ca Mau province and briefly occupied a civilian hospital for about 11 hours, then retreated as South Vietnamese forces reclaimed the town with Allied air power. About 195 guerrillas were killed. two American advisers were wounded and several weapons captured.
