Shanahan to sue trailer park owners for breach of contract
Former Raceview Trailer Park owner William Shanahan says he will sue new owners Timenterial Co. for 150000, alleging a 10 year manager contract was never honored. He claims harassment of his wife and park mismanagement led to his resignation, while residents recall the park as a paradise before his tenure. Meanwhile Timenterial workers address drainage and sewage issues after heavy rains, with health concerns and a blocked hole near a child area reported. A July 4 hobby and art show will be held at the school from noon to dusk, call Ernest Gratz for details.
