Bryce K Wade 24 of 339 Dewey St Bennington died from a crushed skull when his motorcycle struck a guardrail and he was hurled against a fence along N Y 9 in Stoddard N H early Saturday He was pronounced dead at the scene by Cheshire County Medical Referee Dr James M Ballou Wade was returning from races in London N H Helen Mialkowski of Brattleboro swerved to miss the body and struck the motorcycle but was uninjured Funeral services were held this afternoon at Hanson-Wardbridge Funeral Home with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery Survivors include his mother Marjorie Wade of Bennington his father of Schenectady N Y a brother Allen R Wade of Bennington a half brother Samuel Colliano and a half sister Linda Colliano both of Bennington and several aunts uncles and cousins.

State Board Grants BBS One Year Waiver With Conditions
The Vermont State Board of Education granted Burr and Burton Seminary a one year waiver until July 1, 1968 after findings of near disapproval for not meeting minimum standards. Progress in the practical arts must be shown by November 1, 1967 and a majority of BBS trustees must be elected by then to represent sending towns. State To Review School Aid Formula
MONTPELIER The state Board of Education agreed to study revising the state aid formula so Bennington and other communities hit by parochial school closings could receive added aid immediately to cover enrollment increases. The current system bases aid on public school enrollment as of January. Bennington would only appear in 1968-69 figures. The board will consider immediate aid when enrollment expectations change between January and September, a change requiring special legislation. Mrs. Marian C. Taylor urged action, noting BCHS closed at an inopportune time and taxpayers have been taxed beyond recall.

Body Found in Poultney May Be Stolen From Grave
