Vermont Education Commissioner Richard A. Gibboney pledged that no personnel changes will be made at Prospect School in North Bennington that would affect its innovative program. He replied after the Bennington School District accused him of trying to lure teacher Marion Stroud to Montpelier for a $10,000 yearly job.
