The Hoosick Falls village board unanimously agrees to apply for a U S Department of Housing and Urban Development grant for low to moderate income housing amid concerns that out of state welfare families would come in to exploit the program. He notes 11 days to secure first round approval known as a reservation. Board members discuss potential impact on border towns and cases of out of staters taking advantage of similar projects.

Manchester School Board approves resignations and grants
