Seminary Graduates Honor Dual Nature at Burr and Burton
Dr. Codman Hislop of Dorset told 63 Burr and Burton graduates at the 133rd commencement that civilization requires balancing the two natures he exemplified. Valedictorian Lynda Beattie urged individual responsibility, while Salutatorian Margaret Finnegan stressed global support. Diplomas and numerous honors were awarded to graduates and staff, with remarks from E. Roger Wilcox and the Rev. Warren Snyder.

Hoosick Falls Girl Breaks Arm Riding Bicycle
Hoosick Falls 10 year old Laurie Moses daughter of Roy and Mrs Moses of Eagle Bridge broke her arm in a fall from a bicycle last week. She received treatment at Mary McClellan Hospital Cambridge. Gerald Moseley son of Paul and Mrs Moseley of Buskirk left today on his 20th birthday for Germany to spend three months studying at Cornell University where he has just completed his sophomore year.
