Williams College buys historic inn for faculty residence
Williams College purchased the former Haller Inn on Stetson Court in Williamstown from Mr and Mrs Robert E Keck who have moved to Pittsfield. The 10 room building, originally built circa 1800 and later expanded, will likely serve as faculty housing. The inn formerly operated from 1914 to 1938 under Mrs Edith Haller McCoy and later Mr and Mrs Frark R Thoms Jr, hosting alumni and parents for commencements reunions and football weekends.
