The Pownal Zoning Board of Adjustment denied Gail Buss a variance to reduce rear setbacks from 40 to 6 feet and side setback from 30 to 6 feet for a contractor's trailer used as sleeping quarters. The vote was five to two after findings that the trailer could meet setbacks if placed elsewhere on the property. The decision may be appealed to county court.
