Lindenwald and Van Buren Era House To Be Restored

Lindenwald, once home of Martin Van Buren, undergoes preservation plans after decades of ownership changes. National Park Service aims to restore the Lindenwald mansion to Van Buren’s era, with a five year, two million dollar project, opening eventual public access while preserving the bell tower and historic interiors.
