Abortion Bill Hearing Delayed to September
UPI reports a Vermont hearing on liberalizing the 124 year old abortion statute has been postponed to early September after Dr Mary Jane Gray requested the date change from July 29. The bill would permit therapeutic abortions with three doctors' agreement if the mother's health is at risk or in cases of rape incest or potential fetal defect.
