Fox Hollow Festival Beers Family Event Aug 5–8 at Beers Estate
The sixth annual Fox Hollow Festival, a Beers family event of traditional music and arts, will run August 5 through 8 at the Beers family estate in Petersburg New York. It features folk artists from the United States and Canada, crafts like instrument making and weaving, Sunday services and concerts, children’s programs, puppetry, folk operas, and group singing with daily mini concerts and workshops led by local organizers. Martha Nagler returns for the festival, and other Beers family members host activities and performances including Sacred Harp Singing and a heritage of American sacred folk music.
