Rainy ice bound hill sent over 70 residents to the Woodford School for the Citizens Caucus where a large turnout favored new candidates. Incumbents were mostly defeated. only School Director Jane Barbeau was nominated unanimously. Nominations included Moe Harrington for moderator and a slate for selectman, constable, tax collector, auditor, and other posts. A Citizen Committee was formed to fill vacancies as needed.
