Manchester Voters to Decide Billboard and Industry Issues
Manchester voters will face a March Town Meeting referendum on billboard compensation under the 1968 law and on whether to pursue industry in town. Selectmen approved the billboard question after rewriting it to avoid implying town payment. They also set a March question on tax exemption for the Manchester Day Care Center and discussed forming a development plan for clean industries.
