Montpelier session finds Hoff address meets mixed reviews
Vermont lawmakers from Manchester and Peru react to Gov. Hoff's State of the State as Rep. Lefevre finds no anger in Hoff remarks while Rep. Mann calls it a rehash. Lefevre notes 45 bills on deck marking a sharp shift from prior sessions and both say Hoff seems more political than administrative as Mann questions the governor's promotional style and calls for change in leadership approach.
