Suit drops in PINS film case at Hoosick Falls court
In Hoosick Falls New York a Rensselaer County judge lifted a temporary injunction against Gray Film Atelier and associates allowing a dramatized documentary called PINS to be shown with the film’s credits altered and Vanderheyden Hall branding removed. The sides reached an agreement ending a 1.1 million suit, with Gray allowed to keep the film and Vanderheyden Hall to remove its name and any staff credits.
