Bennington auto fatality marks first of the year
Richard Cameron, 34, of Jackson Crossing in Pownal, died when his 1969 Saab left Morgan Street Extension, overturned, and sank in Jackson Brook. Police say he was submerged, wedged inside the car, and drowned. A blood test will determine alcohol content. no external injuries were found.
