Anderson says ready for battle over India Pakistan papers

Keating warned Washington on its sub continent policy

UPI reports Kenneth B. Keating the U S ambassador to India disagreed with the Nixon administration on India Pakistan policy. He warned Washington in April and on Dec 8 questioned official accounts about the 14 day conflict that led to an independent Bangladesh. He urged suspending arms aid to Pakistan and ending economic assistance to press Yahya Khan to change policy. Navy reports harmless radioactive spill in Thames River

Vermont special primary election voting locations and hours

Vermont voters head to the polls Friday for the special House election to fill the Stafford seat.
