Francis E Morrissey 67 longtime attorney banker and civic leader died unexpectedly Sunday at 349 Elm St in Bennington He led Vermont Bank & Trust Company as board chair and served on the New England Council He was active in state affairs from 1950s to 1960s as village president and as founder of Radio Station WBTN He and his wife Rose and friend Charles Fienberg formed Ike and Mike Inc in 1952 He left a legacy in banking industry local development and public service.
