Ice Capades trip offered to Hoosick Falls seniors
Hoosick Falls Senior Citizens Center opens reservations for seniors to attend the Ice Capades at RPI Field House in Troy. The trip, organized by the County Senior Citizens Coordinating Committee, costs 2.50 for seniors with 1.25 bus fare and a February 25 deadline. Local seniors report a prior enjoyable outing and an upcoming Valentine Lincoln Washington party-film night at the center on February 11.

Hoosick Falls Wood Flong Corporation held a dinner honoring 28 year veteran production manager Stanley C. Fifield. Nearly 100 employees attended in St Stanislaws Hall with tributes from company officials and union leaders. Fifield will retire Friday with plans to travel and visit three children in Colorado Oregon and New Hampshire.
