Odd Year Party: Eggathon and Nude Wedding Headlines

In 1976 Otis Toadvine failed to set a world egg eating record at Clermont College, stomach stuffed after 26 eggs. Linda Brigett wed nude in Newport, with attendants also in the buff, shocking onlookers. Greg Reinert led a Cincinnati beauty pageant role reversal, stripping to reveal a flower swimsuit and then swallowing a goldfish for the talent segment.

To capture a baboon in Ohio

In Port Clinton Ohio Mrs Nancy Daniels secret to capture a baboon was to win its confidence with food. The trap worked when she lured the animal into her garage and it was subdued by a Safari handler with a tranquilizer gun. Two other baboons fled earlier and were recaptured by the Safari.
