Davis selects Peters Jr for top Human Services post

Montpelier Vermont Human Services Secretary designate Thomas Davis announced Peters Jr of Middlesex as executive assistant. Peters, 43, had joined the agency in January as an analyst and was promoted to director of program formulation and evaluation. Davis had offered the post to Raymond Mulcahey, who declined.
