Montpelier Vermont attorney Robert Eldredge condemned the Governor's Board of Inquiry findings on the July 19 shotgun attack at a Negro minister's home in Torasburg as unwarranted and unfounded. The 79 page report accused state police of feet dragging in solving the crime while zealously pursuing an adultery charge against Rev. David L. Johnson Sr.
