The EPA orders recall of 208000 1975 Chrysler Cordova Newport Fury Grand Fury Monaco Charger and Coronet models with 360 and 440 engines for improper carburetor design and adjustment. EPA chief Train cites in use misadjustments by dealers and designs making idle mixture highly sensitive, causing excess carbon monoxide emissions.
