Peru debates Bromley Village expansion plans
The District 8 Environmental Commission held a three hour session to hear Big Bromley Inc. plans to nearly double Bromley Village with 141 new condominiums and three single family lots at an estimated cost of $4 million. The project aims to expand while keeping density, and would rely on the town for fire protection but provide its own security, water, sewer, utilities and road maintenance.
