COPA Project nears end of first Vermont summer
The COPA project in Ripton brings 200 youths from New York City and Vermont together for a summer of intercultural arts. Directed by Afro-American dancer Rod Rodgers, COPA unites youths aged 12 to 15 in an array of arts activities sponsored by New York Mayor Lindsay and Vermont Governor Hoff. Photographs by Neil Rappaport capture the program's varied activities.
