GARRISON New York Floral Park man pleaded guilty to operating a boat while intoxicated after grounding his 1065 ton tanker Merania Marlin on the Hudson River shore following a collision with a moored sailing craft. Captain George W Veitch 64 faced a $15 fine before a Cold Spring justice.
