Charles Town West Virginia UPI William J Kuhfuss president American Farm Bureau Federation told Charles Town Chamber of Commerce that Nixon administration keeps farmers guessing about economic strategy and potential export controls on wheat and feed grains. He said the Food Advisory Committee to the Cost of Living Council did not know new methods planned until media reports.
