Offenders include Gordon O Post Harold H Daley Hugh Vanderbilt Francis Parker John E Sandquist Brenda S Belanger Albert J Boutot with fines ranging from 15 to 40 dollars. A separate San Antonio Texas report notes a drunken driving suspect swallowed a breath device and was jailed.
