Eight incidents of violence against women in Bennington and Manchester are linked to one man. Glenn Anthony Cardimino 22 of North Adams Mass will be arraigned in District Court. Police say the composite sketch does not resemble him but see no evidence of a second suspect.

Big Minh takes reins as South Vietnam president
