BCIC Plans New Building For Industry
Bennington County Industrial Corp plans a 20,000 square foot shell type building in its industrial park site 400 feet south of Vermont Container Corp. on the RCIC site. Financing will come from existing capital and lease purchase revenues with Vermont Container, no new public subscriptions expected. Two promising prospects exist though no tenant is yet committed to buy the shell. The project includes extending the access road and utilities, with the buyer finishing the interior. The board met at the Greater Bonnington Association office, BCIC now has its own office there.
