Pet doctors sued for malpractice over poodle Suzy
Patricia Dustin sued Dr. Hartmut Fischer Dr. Gideon Sorokin and Northgate Animal Hospital for 877200 claiming Suzy the black toy poodle was partially paralyzed after an operation and spent six weeks in hospital. She says assurances of recovery failed and the dog was later put down. The suit seeks 177200 actual damages and 500000 punitive damages.
