Johnson electric co op blames CVPS for outages
Vermont Electric Cooperative Johnson accuses Central Vermont Public Service Corp of Rutland of causing a majority of outages last year. Manager Walter Cook says CVPS was responsible for 69 percent of the cooperative’s outage hours and calls the service horrendous and intolerable. He plans to file a formal complaint with the Public Service Board to push for improvement.
