Obituary notices for Kvamme and Larson and Bemidji collision

Funeral services were held for Eleanor Kvamme of Moorhead born June 9 1917 and for infant Jason Kenneth Larson of Bemidji died at St Luke’s Fargo hospital. A Bemidji police collision at Highway 2 Irvine Avenue damaged a 1964 Ford and a 1964 Dodge with total loss to the Ford and $300 damage to the pickup.

Park Rapids woman advocates strict animal cruelty laws

Vandalism Damages Palmer Car Near Bemidji

Sheriff notes investigation into vandalism reported by Jim Palmer of Route 1 Bemidji. Palmer left his 1971 Volkswagen on county highway No 15 after breakdown Tuesday night and found the back and side windows broken with the glove compartment forced open and contents missing when he returned.

Wednesday October 24 Beltrami County Court processed multiple cases. Catherine Haley Red Lake pled guilty to driving while intoxicated and fined 250 dollars or 60 days. James A. Smith Shevlin forfeited 5 dollar bond for double parking. Joseph Clayton Cray East Grand Forks did not appear on disobeying a stop sign. Walter E Sundquist Gonvick forfeited 20 dollar bond for driving 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. Kerry Glen Anderson Bemidji 1310 N 5th street pled guilty to 70 mph in a 55 mph zone and fined 35 dollars. Duaine W Morphew Minneapolis forfeited 50 dollar bond for failure to yield to a pedestrian. Judicial Officer Phillip D Nelson presided.
