North Vietnam released a list of 108 American prisoners to be freed in Hanoi on Wednesday and the United States suspended troop withdrawals to ensure all 286 held are released. The Viet Cong promised a roughly 30 POW list for release in Hanoi on Thursday.

A 23 year old Cass Lake man is listed in fair condition at Bemidji Hospital after a back stab on tract 23 at Cass Lake Saturday. Roger Budreau was stabbed around 1 30 p m following an altercation. Cass County Sheriff's Department has a man in custody expected to be charged later today.
