Judge James Preece grants impanelment as Guy Whitefeather, 30, Ponemah, faces first degree murder charges in the beating death of Gloria Jones. Grand jury of 16 to 23 Beltrami County residents convenes at 9 30 Tuesday to hear evidence and decide on an indictment. Jones died 3 30 a m Sunday at Bemidji Hospital.
