Ponemah man arraigned in Beltrami murder case
A 30 year old Ponemah man Guy Whitefeather was arraigned in Beltrami County Court on murder charges in the beating death of Gloria Jones 26 also of Ponemah. He was declared indigent with a public defender and held on a $10000 bond awaiting Friday’s next court appearance. The incident allegedly occurred late Friday night or early Saturday near County 34 ten miles west of Kelliher and 314 miles east of the Red Lake Reservation.
