They also found Webber had phoned Howard 16 times Between Jan 25, 1977, and aug la 1977 and that 22 Calls had been made from the Howard store or Home to numbers listed to Webber Gemes said. Mrs. Howard was killed in the basement of her Home on aug. 13. Gemes said Webber told investigators aug. 24 that he had been fishing at Arcadia wig., 25 Miles North of Winona the weekend of mrs.
