Clifford M Saunders fifth district Beltrami County commissioner and Otter Tail Power lineman died in an on the job accident in Bemidji at about 10 45 a m after an aerial bucket contacted a high voltage line. He was 55 and served as county board vice chairman. Funeral set for Bemidji First Presbyterian Church with interment at Fort Snelling. Visitation Friday at Orson Schwartz Funeral Home. He served in the US Navy and held civic roles. Survived by wife two sons two daughters and four grandchildren.
